Kuungana Drum & Dance Co. is a Flint-based West African drum and dance ensemble founded in 1992 by Kevin Collins through the African Drum and Dance Parent Association. The company teaches and performs traditional West African drumming and dance across Michigan, with students and performers ranging from children to adults. They host an annual conference in Flint bringing master drummers and dancers from around the country.
