John Patrick Peters is a Lansing guitarist, singer, and producer who studied jazz at Jackson College and earned a B.M. in Jazz Studies from Michigan State University under Randy Napoleon. He fronts JP & The Energy and the original project OPE, and has played funk and fusion with Kw'est, country with Big Riggs Band, and recorded with singer-songwriter Angela Predhomme.
