Krocophile is a slam death metal band from Lansing, Michigan, formed in 2016. Self-described as "reptilians writing slam for our fellow reptilians," the band combines brutal death metal with humor-laced themes of reptiles, gore, and bestiality. Their 2020 debut EP "A Cold-Blooded Torture Chamber" established them in the slam scene, followed by 2023's "Slamzilla: The Returning," which was mixed and mastered by Mychal Soto at Slamnasium Recordings and released by Jakarta-based label Brutal Mind.
