Nate Winn

Detroit drummer Nate Winn has performed with notable jazz artists including Pat Metheny, Danilo Perez, Joshua Redman, Terence Blanchard, and Kurt Elling. A graduate of Wayne State University and Berklee College of Music's Global Jazz Institute, he serves as Professor of Jazz Drums and Jazz Ensembles at the University of Michigan. His style blends jazz, blues, and gospel influences rooted in his Detroit upbringing.
