Stephen Seifert

Stephen Seifert is an American folk musician and virtuoso Appalachian dulcimer player who has been called "the world's leading dulcimer soloist." He served as adjunct instructor of Mountain Dulcimer at Vanderbilt's Blair School of Music from 1997 to 2001 and has been a dulcimer soloist with Orchestra Nashville since 1996, featured on their Warner Classical recording "Blackberry Winter." He has performed dulcimer concertos with major symphony orchestras including the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, Tucson Symphony Orchestra, and Montpellier Chamber Orchestra.
