Thanks! I Hate It is a self-described "Mid-Westcoast Emo" band from Hollister, California that combines the emotional vulnerability of Midwest emo with pop-punk energy. Drawing inspiration from Real Friends, Hot Mulligan, and The Wonder Years, the band has released their debut EP Cut It Close (2021), debut album Lovers Lane (2023), and sophomore album Scatterbrain (2025).
