Friends In Real Life is the Arizona folk band marking the return of Patrick Schneeweis, better known as Pat the Bunny from influential folk punk acts Johnny Hobo and the Freight Trains, Wingnut Dishwashers Union, and Ramshackle Glory. After retiring from music in 2016, Schneeweis emerged in early 2025 with the band's debut single "Buckeye" and self-titled album released in February. The band features a more pop-influenced folk sound compared to his previous anarchist folk punk work, reflecting his evolution from revolutionary punk figure to a focus on sobriety and personal growth.
