A landmark 1889 Romanesque Revival church a block from the State Capitol, designed by the same architect as the Capitol building itself. The sanctuary — dark red sandstone, stained glass, a remarkable pipe organ — makes it one of the better acoustic spaces in the city. Hosts occasional concerts and events, including the Candlelight series.
